Your Experience

Personalized from the very beginning.

You are not expected to choose a service, diagnose the problem, or decide how many appointments you need. We begin with one comprehensive appointment, and I create my recommendation after I have had the opportunity to understand you.

What happens when you begin

  1. 01

    Book your first appointment

Choose an available time for your private 90-minute online appointment. Once your booking is confirmed, the assessment is automatically emailed to you.

  2. 02

    Complete your assessment

The assessment gives you space to explain what you have been experiencing, what you would like to change, what you have already tried, and what you hope will be different. Complete it thoughtfully and return it before your appointment so I have time to review it.

  3. 03

    I review your information

Before we meet, I read your assessment carefully and begin identifying the questions and areas we may need to explore together. This allows our appointment to begin with context instead of starting from zero.

  4. 04

    We meet for 90 minutes

The first part of the appointment is an unhurried consultation. We discuss your assessment, your goals, and the experiences or patterns that are most important to you. The appointment also includes a gentle relaxation and initial hypnotherapy experience. You remain aware and in control. This gives you the opportunity to experience the process while helping me understand how you respond and which approaches may be most useful.

  5. 05

My work continues after the appointment

When our meeting ends, my review begins. I bring together your assessment, our conversation, my notes, what I observed, and how you responded during the hypnotherapy experience. I look at the whole picture rather than one isolated concern.

I create your personalized recommendation

Using everything I have learned, I create a customized recommendation and package designed around your goals and needs. I explain what I recommend, why I recommend it, and what working together could look like. You can then decide whether you would like to continue.

The work adapts as you do

If we continue working together, your plan is not a rigid script. We pay attention to what is changing, what is emerging, and what you need from one week to the next. The tools, focus, and pacing can evolve with you.

A range of tools, selected for you

  • Private hypnotherapy appointments
  • Focused conversation and guided reflection
  • Practical exercises and action steps
  • Journaling prompts
  • Personalized therapeutic music created from your story and goals
  • Reinforcement tools between appointments
  • Preparation for decisions, conversations, transitions, or new habits
  • Integration support so insights can be applied in daily life

These are not separate services you need to select from a menu. They are tools that may be combined and adapted according to your needs.

The Compass helps us look at the whole picture.

The Compass is the framework I use to organize what we learn. It helps us clarify where you want to go, recognize what keeps repeating, understand what may be holding the pattern in place, and translate new insight into everyday choices.

Direction
What do you want now?
Pattern
What keeps repeating or getting in the way?
Understanding
What beliefs, experiences, or protective responses may be influencing the pattern?
Integration
What needs to change in daily life so the new direction can last?

What you can count on

  • You remain aware and in control.
  • You will not be forced to reveal or relive anything.
  • The experience is private and non-judgmental.
  • Nothing is recorded without your explicit permission.
  • There is no particular response to hypnosis required to do it correctly.
  • Results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.

One appointment is enough to begin understanding what comes next.
